Extracted Tar is a Currency Item in Mortal Shell. Extracted Tar can be consumed to obtain 1300 tar, which can be used to upgrade the different Shell Abilities by talking to Sester Genessa. Currency Items can be dropped by Enemies or found inside chests and crates.

 Tar extracted with some skill from old Nektar.

Even decaying Nektar can still hold a fraction of the Revered's blessings. Highly sought, such tar remains useful though it tends to react dangerously.

• Can be consumed to obtain 1300 tar

Where to Find Extracted Tar

• 1x can be found inside one of the Frog Chests during The Mist.
• 1x can be found inside the chest located at Monument of Ash. Go down the ramp when you enter reach the Sanctum of Flame. You'll find a chest with the extracted tar inside
