Inflamed Gland is a Key Item in Mortal Shell. Inflamed Gland can be used to unlock the Seal Infusion - Inflamed ability of the Tarnished Seal and can be found at Sanctum of Flame after defeating Imrod, the Unrepentant. Key Items can be used to progress through the main campaign or upgrade your equipment.

An engorsed,muscular lump, radiating heat.

This lump of flesh pulses with a warm, wet heat like an exhaled breath. The gland's presence consumes the senses. One's head begins to ache with a feverish intensity the longer it is held.
