Glimpse of Wisdom is an Experience Item in Mortal Shell. Glimpse of Wisdom can be consumed to obtain 2 glimpses, which can be used to upgrade the different Shell Abilities by talking to Sester Genessa. Experience Items can be dropped by Enemies or found inside chests and crates.
This Glimpse of Wisdom curiously curls inward.
The silhouette of a tree briefly coalesces. The branches blossom, bear fruit, and eventually grow bare. The momentary vision stirs the bearer's memories and restores lost insights.
Glimpse of Wisdom Use

- Those familiar obtain 3 glimpses (Familiarity 8)
Where to Find Glimpse of Wisdom
- You'll acquire 1x Glimpse of Wisdom each time you uncover an Etching.
- 1x can be found outside the Fallgrim Tower next to a campfire.
- 1x can be found at Fallgrim, on the left area before entering the Abandoned Chamber
- 1x can be found inside a chest after defeating the Enslaved Grisha at the Abandoned Chamber
- 1x can be found at Temple Grounds when you open one of the three tombs
- 2x can be found at the Dim Gate. One is located on top of the stairs while you go up. The other one is located next to the teleporter on top of the elevator leading to Sester Genessa.
- 2x can be found at the Enshrined Sanctum. One can be found right after the entrance. Turn left and open the chest to acquire it. The other one can be found after you go down the stair once you cross the first bridge.
